running around, jumping snowbanks!! fun!!! it was sunny and gorgeous!

ran to the bank. Got my debit card activated.
Ran to the Loblaws, got my wallet i had forgotten there ...
then
ran around the neighbourhood checking all the dogs out.

distance is totally off, because I was running up and down the Casa Loma stairs!!

it felt good... maybe i should try and start thinking about technique.... I have no clue if i swim correctly hahahah

I did a mini triathlon, hihihi !!! It's fun to get the run swim and bike all in the same day. hihihi.
I have never done a triathlon, and would only be interested in an off-road one, but it is fun to think that i make my own mini ones.
