High Park Run --- Hill up and down as much as I could all along the lake route back up to the top.
LOTS OF PEOPLE!!! But it was beautifull and pretty cool. Had to dodge cameras, and weddings.

skip rope --- i am bad and have wip marks all over my arms!!

first 3min two legs jump - 3 min single leg jump alternate after 10 - then 3min of single leg jump alternate every jump.

141Beresford, to 4Regal --- to pick up soccer shoes!!!

played right D - and a little mid-field, would have loved to play mid the whole time.
We played for 65 min but I had to sub off for ~ half the time.
it was fun the gang was good! :)

Lot's of traffic and construction, slow slow pedal.

was very fast in, and sweaty. Gorgeous sunny morning.
Tummy still not in good shape but better. Slightly. Not ready to push into high physical activity without having a bathroom near.

time and distance approximated from google map, did not have my phone, so proper tracking not done (but will run this one again to get tracks).

However, it was a real push, i was purple by the end (not conversation pace).
Off road/ grass run, did two full laps of Bellwoods trinity park.
with :
- zigzag up and down the small hill along Gorvalle ave,
- dog bowl hill 5x fast up medium down.
- finished with a series of 5 sprints along a random treeline.

Will do this again it was fun...
Stomac issue still present:
however, I could push, as long as it was not too long, very high intensity could onlybe maintained for a short while before tummy would churn,
but in all much better.

Took the lakeshore in with S, it was great!! Love it. takes about 3k longer, but such a nicer ride than what i was doing.
Will be switching to it!
S now has his bike out !! youpidou! Will ride faster on the way home, sweaty factor was starting this morning.

ran out to Loblaws among the people traffic

still feeling it... debating over going orienteering or not, it is quite a trek,
and this tummy issue is better but ... a far cry from good.
hum... ?
also thinking of moving to a liquid diet until this clears...

Did not make it out to Orienteering, tummy was not good, and I did not feel confident enough to wander too far from any bathroom...
and tired. Fell asleep at ~9h30!

definitely still sick... it is just stable, does not seem better...
I have these embarrassing moments of "hurry, I need to go" ...

but energy levels are up, and i do not think i am eating less, so I think it is just some underlying low lying microbial invasion ... which i want to kick out soon.

i have been low on the weight training,.. hum... might try and fix that tonight.

Went out for a joggeroo with S at the dog park (fun, fun, doggyroos!)!!

did some hills, but i could not push because as soon as my body would get activated, it wanted to instantly expulse (ahum ahum) what ever it wanted to expulse....
half of this run is me desperately looking for a toilet. :)

S made me eat only chicken soup and crackers, which actually helped.

Orienteering 2:00:00 [3] 9.0 km (13:20 / km)

Mob match Score-O !! Mansfield Outdoor Centre.
That was fun.

Ran with SS and thought him how to navigate and use a compass,
he will be on his own next time! :)

the distance is only approximate as i did not have my Garmin. We managed to pick up 155 points i think,... i did not pay that much attention.
1L saved our butts at the end, we had done a 180 at the last turn off for the finishing control... 1L was generous and corrected our missdirection!

It was great to have all the goodies after the race, poked around the cookies a little too much but yeah! :)

I won a light for my bike !! I was very excited about that... !

tummy troubles,--- do not want to go into details but ... I did the race with toilet paper in my pocket ... just in "case".
