definitely still sick... it is just stable, does not seem better...
I have these embarrassing moments of "hurry, I need to go" ...
but energy levels are up, and i do not think i am eating less, so I think it is just some underlying low lying microbial invasion ... which i want to kick out soon.

Went out for a joggeroo with S at the dog park (fun, fun, doggyroos!)!!
did some hills, but i could not push because as soon as my body would get activated, it wanted to instantly expulse (ahum ahum) what ever it wanted to expulse....
half of this run is me desperately looking for a toilet. :)
S made me eat only chicken soup and crackers, which actually helped.
