back logging took me 2hrs!! wow!
I had lost touch about following and logging, things got hectic!
(but I want to be back and be more consistant!)
I need my own little bench marks, something to work towards!
I also need to start doing specific physio again, my little calf is getting really lazy compared to my good one, and somehow i "avoid" using my baddy leg.
So I am going to get my shit set up again, and will be doing my home training!
