Running (Trail Race) 1:15:00 [5] 8.0 km (9:23 / km)

Mad Dog Trail race:
Felt better than 2 years ago (in a longer wave) so overall position clearly was not better. Still do not know what that position was though!

(I was pretty much bottom of the pack, haha)
but I did win
DIRTIEST DOG !! hahahahaha

Soccer 40:00 [3]

Soccer finals, we lost 4-1 ! clobbered really.
The other team was just stronger, more cohesive. Tweeked my ankle.
Limping now.

the Elm --> Salomon Store part was fine! .... but the Salomon Store --> Beresford part was torture!

Was very tired, had not eaten (yes yes, poor planning I know) and ended up with a bad case of the RT (aslo know as runners trots! youpi)
Barely made it home, man that was a hard way back,... and it was pretty cold too.
Must plan better!!!

Running (Trail run) 1:27:00 [4] 11.0 km (7:55 / km)

AWESOME! It was really fun!

I need a good headlamp! (mine just conks out all the time) and my bike light doesn't cut it.

The group is fun and wacky.
We ran out on what should be a trail, but it being fully covered in leaves it adds challenge, + the challenge of it being foresty spooky dark!!

Had a good chat with D and WandAR.

The first half was smooth sailing, knee started up 30min in but eased. I think if I concentrate on "FORM" the knee pain subsides.

That was fine, but cramp monsters started setting in... mostly right calve but also lefty... hum..
really had to ease off once they started acting up.

started to feel my knee 15 minutes in

Delivered 40$ to Orienteer's house. Went to 3 cell phone stores for a Motorolla Battery!!
Got one, 25 bucks. I know have a phone again!

Nike Training group
It was a pretty sweaty and intense, did 1min max reps of a whole series of exercises. I can't do bicycle very well [or toes to hands] . Abs are a little weak :)
Made myself my own little sweat puddle. There was so many gals there! That is what you get when it is [Free] but ... well worth it still.
