Achilles better if not entirely happy. Plan is too have a few very easy days. Hills and long hard runs really seem to cause grief. If I am going to run marathon can manage without hills , but need long runs. Reps on the flat are ok, so will try and concentrate on these and skip hill reps, as was after Tuesday's hills that it got really sore. Did a very gentle run on the snow, beautiful morning. Built three snow men too, does this count as cross training?
