little bit of a plod, ran straight from swimming with the boys. I say swimming i am aqua walking around the shallow end, eat your hearts out Brownlees. I think i am practically a triathlete. Tired , should have been my long run but had no time for anymore.

BBQ around friends for lunch , kept refluxing pizza, burger and chicken kebab for this session. Was definitely tastier first time around. Regret not getting out earlier, but Jodie was park running. Did 4 x10 min hard with 5 mins in between, all just felt quite hard. Down through eccy woods up through Dore back onto A625, Sheephill Road, plantation , Ringinlow and home. Felt better at the end than the start.

Busy day at a nice bit of Suffolks finest coast . Windy and a bit nippy in Southwold, didn't brave the sea. Fine fish and chip lunch could only just squeeze in a gentle run . Felt quite good must be the mushy peas .

2x3 miles mile warm up, mile inbetween reps , 2 mile warm down. Dusted the garmin down , still hard to tell how fast efforts were. Total run about 6.1 minute miles , think efforts about 5.20 pace. Tried new route in beautiful Suffolk , managed to end up on busy A road . Cannot navigate and try and run quick .
