Pre breakfast run from the hotel , slight hangover. Up winn hill the back down roman road towards Edale . Dropped down back to hotel , loads of mountain bikers out and some really annoying motor bikes. Gave the motor bikes a long dirty look, that will show them,
Big breakfast back at hotel then back to the boys.

long run from work, looping around damflask a couple ot times and then back through Hillsborough park to Morrisons. Tired after session yesterday achilles ok, but back tight, generally sore. Not recovering from sessions very well at the moment .

Session with Hallamshire. Had to go straight from work , then early. Did 3 mile on way to club. Packed my bag pessimistically this morning and forgot vest was bloody boiling. Great fart lek kept control freak tendencies happy as I got to choose reps and route. 9 efforts over about 6.5 miles, felt ok. Nice to have a big group out. .
Achilles sore jogging home, but ok during the session.

Good run into work. Wanted to do 10 miles , but left too late. Up Ringinlow Road, down into parks then up over Lodgemoor and back along Rivelin Valley. Tried to keep reasonable pace in new lower mileage more quality regime. Achilles not perfect , but no worse.

Early session trying to run a busy weekend out of legs. 1.5 mile warm up then 3 miles hard , mile steady then 2 miles hard then half mile steady then 1 mile hard. Run home up dobcroft road was tough .
Found a half marathon I can actually do , need to run sub 75 if going to run London . Come on grunty fen
