Northern Road Relays, great team result. Long warm up very short warm down, car parked 20m from our tent. Enjoyed racing again, was fairly happy with my result 24.19 for my leg 4.7miles. Probably a fair reflection of where I'm at now, would have liked to break 24 minutes.

Nice gentle run up with Rivelin with Mr Baker, tempted to go around Dam Flask , but achille sa bit sore so tried to be sensible.

was good to get down to Hallmashire session again. 3x pentagon for a bit of speed before the weekend. Actually quite enjoyable to try and run a bit faster.

Quick session in the sun at lunch. Half mile warm up, 2 mile hard, half mile jog 2 mile hard, half mile jog 1 mile hard. Seriously struggling for speed , but felt fairly strong.

glorious morning, lovley to get out for a decent Monday morning run with Rob, has been ages. Still have painful quads, but fingers crossed achilles not too bad after some harder training. Trying to work out how to get some long hilly runs before 3 peaks and some speed work for road relays without flaring achilles.
