Running 52:30 [3] 7.95 mi (6:36 / mi)

early starting as working later and wanted to get running done. Felt about 90 setting off at 0630, everything really sore and stiff. Lovely morning once i eventually got moving. Tempo run looping through eccy woods, only bumped into one other person and no dogs, beautiful.

Running 1:12:45 [3] 11.24 mi (6:28 / mi)

Early start run to work, if I'm going to do three peaks i thought I better try and get some longer runs in. Ran up to Ringinlow across Fulwood Lane and back down Rivelin Valley. Lovely morning still loads of snow on the top and nothing in Rivelin. Legs felt OK.

cycling 30:00 [1]

Short bike to work, felt much longer. Cycling in the slush , was not much fun. Wind and sleet was even less. On a plus side the exfoliating effect of the sleet has left my face baby smooth.
6 PM

cycling 25:00 [2]

More fun than this morning. Bizarre cycling along Rivelin no snow, 5 mins up Hagg Hill and a good 2 inches in Crosspool can only be 100m ascent.

Running 1:01:00 [5] 9.1 mi (6:42 / mi)

Busy at work, started early finishing a bit late so i could squeeze seeion in at lunch time. Did 4x1 mile at Beeley. 2.5 mile warm upand down. had to really try and concentrate to get moving. Missed my watch on first then did 5,16, 5,20 and 5,11 off 90 seconds a bit quicker than last time. Rob had bigged up the newly tarmaced road down to the wood. I was not dissapointed, a beautiful bit of tarmacing. Some random orange tarmac for cycling which seemed to be put down anywhere with no link to anything, but apart from that marvellous.
