Run to field at top of Limb Lane. 5 laps of the big field 1 minute jog recovery, beautiful morning. Steady jog home with the sunday paper. Legs super stiff at first, after rest yesterday, did get a little better.
last day in Suffolk, thought i'd use the chance to do a flat long run. Started off steady slowly got quicker, really stiff to start going OK by the end.
Speed work , sort of . Found a nice flat path in the forest. 15 by 40 second efforts , off 20 seconds recovery . Shit I am slow,, but strangely enjoyable fighting the slowness.
