Nice sunny run with Dave S. Dwon through eccy woods up Dore road, all the way up onto plantation and then back via Ringinlow Road.

Decent warm up jog, then 4 reps along Rivelin valley , each reps takes about 7 minutes, 2 minutes rest in between each. Legs really heavy from cross-training, hard work today. Knee and achilles felt ok though.

cycle back home home again . Along Rivelin Valley there were two fully togged up bee keepers, which was a little disconcerting. Was waiting too cycle into a swarm of bees, happily no bees to be seen.
