Slow jogging with some co-workers. Then suddenly - out of nowhere, withouany warning - I felt pain in my right calf and I had to walk back. I can't even walk at the moment. Just my luck, this happens one week before Spain trip.... hopefully this ain't as bad as I think.

And it's not the same leg as the heel pain!

Luukki north. Really tired from the beginning and I skipped one loop. But 4th running day in row and heel feels quite ok. I may be able to some training in Spain after all.

Made shortcut, 2h was too much for me today. I am not 100% recovered yet from the cold/flu what ever it was.

I ran with three GPS units. Why? Because I forgot to recharge the fourth one.
