Tiomila, 3rd leg.

Out 1st leg didn't go as well we hoped, we were 17 min behind after 1st leg. So the rest of the race was bit difficult for us.

OK Raseborg event. No big mistakes, but saturday race made me too slow. I have this"can not run 2 races in a row " -syndrome.

Saaristorastit 2006, Parainen. H35. 3. place 1.50 behind the winner. Made all too much mistakses, 2.5 min.

I ran with gps (inside a sock, sock attachend with three safety pins on back of my O suit shirt). Worked well. I will keep it this way now on while orienteering. I don't like to keep in around my wrist, because I will break it one day or I'll accidently push stop button when.

Intervals 3 x ~1.5 km. GPS. Legs were much better, but I still had some cramp like feelings.

Billnäs middle H21. Nasty leg cramps after 1k, had to jogg slowly and walk the rest of the race. Also big mistake at #1. With GPS

Now I need to do somethig with my legs. Lot of stretching, massage and I will not do any running during next few days. I'll try to find snow and do some skiing.

I fixed today some of the worst gps bugs in RouteGadget. Now it shoud work quite smoothy also with frwd logs.

Rest day. After cramps and everything I decided to have a rest day. There is still lot of snow here, after 2-3 days I can do some real orinteering. I should be ready for that, right?

Turun kävätyönvesti. Night relas, 3rd leg 9 km.
First 6 km was ok, then I got bad cramps and had to stop and slow down. 7-8 km battery died, two big mistakes trying to o in moonlight. Last kilometer with a pack.
Disaster.

Sandis Middle H35. I was third 2.44 behind Janne Salmi. I recorded my race with FR205 and publishend it with organizer's RG. Everything worked perfectly, Gps is here to stay.

Rest day. Last week I had hard o-sessions in snow, more running and no skiiing.

Finishend RouteGadget gps functionality: route editing tools work now pretty well, animation is now saved and viewed.

I'll put it available in a couple of days. I must first make sure old non-gps functionality still works. New version will be used next friday (Sandis sprint/middle).
