7:30 AM. Checking before the competition controls are still there. You know, if you put epunch units one week before the race to forest, something can happen. But they still were there and worked just fine.

Back. Felt ok after the run, but hour later back was so stiff and lots of pain I couldn't do anything I had to lay down all day (and read Sinuhe the Egyptian).

At #9 missed both the biggest lake and the bigges cliff of the map. You would hink you have learned something after 30 years of orienteering, but no. I am hopeless. Back to basics - the big blue thing is lake - I Hope I got that now.

Gigantic red pollen clouds are hanging over southern Finalnd. No wonder I feel a bit tired.

Hurt my back slightly, lifted a heavy monitor at work :( Skipped att training just in case...

Worked again with my head lamp, got the constant current driver today. Some drilling and soldering - now I can use it at max power. Compared it with my Lupine, it's about as bright as Wilma but color is a bit more blue and it has a bit smaller and brighter hotspot than wilma. But not bad at all, pretty promixing actually.
