| I have been thinking of good goals for 2006. Yesterday decided try to break my personal record in 12 min run, "Cooper" as we call it.
I haven't ever run much on track and I didn't run 12 min test when I used to be more fit, so my record is not too good and it should be reasonably easy to break it. My record is 3730 m, I ran it about 10 years ago and since that I have run the test only once (about 3630).
Is the breaking of my old record a good goal for me or should I go for 3800 - or round 4k?
