on asphalt road. Half marathon test, i ran like I was startting half marathon, not just 9 km, so this was not maximun effort, but not far from that.

Note

I don't log my sleep here, so this is just side note. Saturday night I slept about 1 hour, took 6 hour afternoon nap and slept 8 hour Sunday night. Now i feel fine but a bit dizzy.
