http://www.kokkens.fi/reitit/06_alku/cgi-bin/reitt...
At #9 missed both the biggest lake and the bigges cliff of the map. You would hink you have learned something after 30 years of orienteering, but no. I am hopeless. Back to basics - the big blue thing is lake - I Hope I got that now.

Friday May 9

Running 20:00 [2]

Thursday May 8

3 x 1000m intervals with Minna. 4:00, 3:53, 3:40. In last one I was some seconds faster than Minna rest we ran together.

Wednesday May 7

Note
(rest day)
Work trip.

Tuesday May 6

Running 10:00 [1]
walked back after 10 min of jogging. tired & no motivation. Pollen I guess.

Take a look at this satellite image of Finland:
http://aerobiologia.utu.fi/tiedotus/siitepolytiedo...
Gigantic red pollen clouds are hanging over southern Finalnd. No wonder I feel a bit tired.

Monday May 5

Note
(injured) (rest day)
Hurt my back slightly, lifted a heavy monitor at work :( Skipped att training just in case...

Worked again with my head lamp, got the constant current driver today. Some drilling and soldering - now I can use it at max power. Compared it with my Lupine, it's about as bright as Wilma but color is a bit more blue and it has a bit smaller and brighter hotspot than wilma. But not bad at all, pretty promixing actually.
