Trail Running 1:37:00 [3] 12.2 km (7:57 / km) +317m 7:02 / km

Run around Osler with Hermes. Hermes proved to be an inspiration throughout the run. Never questioning my overly technical route choices or depressing topics of conversation. She always had a smile on her face and kind words despite my negativity (except for her backpack...don't get her started on the backpack). And her brightly coloured clothes kept the hunters from shooting us. And then she thought me how to snapchat. Win.

MTB race 47:10 [5] 11.9 km (3:58 / km) +141m 3:45 / km

Tuesday night race series. Chased Heather around for most of it but weaseled my way by her on the two downhills. Apparently, I am far less considerate of the boys riding my ass on the switchbacks than she is. If I can beat them on the technical stuff, they can be patient on the downhills (I would have pulled aside for the experts). It was a ton of fun.

MTB warm up/down 15:00 [3] 2.0 km (7:30 / km) +60m 6:31 / km

Climbed up to the top of snakes and ladders (via the switchbacks on the tubing hill). No idea of time, distance or elevation.
