Swam with Eddie. Always fun! We did some 100's racing. My times got as low as 1:34. Probably faster due to time of day and wanting to kick my husbands butt.

Up 14th three times. Parked at bottom as per Heather's recommendation for a quick transition to bike...and short run back to hill.

Road Running hills 27:00 [3] 4.1 km (6:35 / km) +174m 5:26 / km

3x up 14th, off bike. The first one was tough and I was questioning why I would ever listen to an adventure racer/ultra-runner when she recommended a good hill work-out. Next two weren't bad.

Left a puking daughter with her granny so I could go climb some hills. Priorities. Once up 14th and three times up front of Kelso w/ Heather.
