Still feeling tired today, so taking another day off. Being tired because of a good workout is such a good tired, but being tired because your body is fighting against viruses is not so good. I'd rather take two days off instead of 10 days sick.
When I was getting into the pool this morning, a nice man (i.e. slinky) got out and smashed my goggles with his foot....80m of deck and he had to get out in the 30 inches were I was...so my swim turned into 30min of kicking.
