Tough time deciding if this was a 'long' or 'tempo' work-out as it wasn't really either but was a run for pacing for ATB next Sunday. Legs felt a bit tired today - I assume for pushing hard at hockey Friday night - but I was happy with pace vs HR and effort level. Looking forward to an easy week leading into the race.
