Toning down training for a while because I'm still weighed down with this wretched cold and I want to give my ankle a rest for inception after the best part of 7 months of just continuing to run and re-sprain it and inhibit it from healing. JIRCs this weekend, should be good and I reckon we stand a chance in the relays although I'm not sure how the individual race will go, let's just hope I have a clean race navigationally even if I'm not at peak fitness (no way)
