Franklin Lake loop on the trails. First morning working out early. Hard to get up but well worth it.

Disappointed with bike portion. We hadn't biked together prior to event which led to poor transitions and weren't as fast as I thought we'd be.

3rd leg of R3
felt good at transition. fun run.

Over all it was a very fun event and fun to do adventure category to stay together on all legs.

started raining on first loop at Lebanon Hills roots and rocks were pretty slick so we did one lap and went for a trail jog.
