MTB ride with Ryno, krugerdorp hill and in the 4x4 tracks.

7.95km run after MTB ride with Ryno, very hot temp and a quality run in eagle canyon.

2nd session with Morne, worked on stability as well as core strengthening. Did not eat well before training. Had a recovery shake during session with Morne.

Another recovery run, after a session with Morne and while preparing for TT I put in a quick recovery run around Emmies.

Paddling TT in K1, first TT in K1 and I spent most of my time ensuring that I do not fall out. That was successful but my paddling sucked, I had no power or strength arms were dead... More K1 work needed...

Solid slow run after hard training with Morne, legs were heavy at first but once warmed up got in to the run nicely.

Solid ride, kegs still tied from Tuesday's effort as well as Sundays ride.

First session with Morne at Bio centre, we did allot of leg strengthening and certainly felt it on the Wednesday.
