6x100 repeats on the oval. Just me and jenny and it felt nice to do a workout correctly for once. It was supposed to start out at 88 per 400 and drop down to 84 pace per 400s. We were a little quick in the beginning. I can't remember the exact splits but I think they were somewhere along these lines 3:32, 3:33, 3:30 3:29, 3:25, 3:25
