Barr Trail to Elk Park Trail. Legs felt tired and a little bit sore. Not a lot of energy today--last week felt a bit better than today. NOT able to run the entire time, as Barr trail has several steep sections that make running the entire time very challenging. I ran what I could, and ended up with a similar running pattern as that of last week, when i ran half of the hills over the course of the entire run. With how I felt today, if I had pursued running the entire time, I would not have been able to complete the entire 4 hour workout.
