Rode my bike to Webster Park, (the long way), ran at the park and rode back home

shoes: New Balance Fresh Foam

Climbing 1:10:00 [3]

Went bouldering at RIT with some friends from school. Substituted this for lifting today. Way harder and a lot more fun than strength training. Might try to incorporate this into my triathlon training schedule
