5 min bike warm up to 155 bpm heart rate (omg biking!)
quick stretch

3 rounds of:
5x 135lb clean and press
2 more abdominal exercises, 10-15 reps each

2 rounds of:
20x alternating lunges with two 35lb dumbbells
30 air squats
15 single legged calf raise each side
30 decline sit ups
15 obliques each side, 50lb dumbbell

~19 sets, next time aim for much more

Swimming intervals 50:00 [4] 1.0 mi (50:01 / mi)

Done in sets of 100 yards, alternating FS with CSS... CSS feels good!
