Camp!
We did two 1000's at Tempo and 2 600's at Interval within the second mile of the 5K course. Splits were 4:22, 2:21, 4:22, 2:21 (whoo consistency!), followed by 8 hill repeats on the big hill by the pavilion. Didn't get the splits, unfortunately. Overall time includes 10 minute warm up and 13 minute warm down.

Also managed to get massive blisters on both of my arches. Not good.

Run today with Alex, Steve, Delaney, and Zach. Felt super dehydrated, so this run did not feel the best. Still some good mileage for the morning.

Camp workout with Alex, Jacob, Steve, and Zach.
Workout was 10 minute warm-up, 9 minutes of Tempo, 6 minutes of Interval, and 3 minutes of Rep, and a 10 minute cool-down, with varying periods of recovery in between. Felt really good, especially because it was a continuous workout, instead of a stop-and-go workout.

Lucien Moren Park today. Ran with Alex and Steve. One of the best runs so far this summer. The temperature was near perfect and I felt great the entire time. Did some abs afterwords.
