Again, AAARGH! Twisted my left ankle (the one with the hardware) pretty well going to the first control. Just slow and sloppy after that.

Had to hurry home after work to meet the realtor, so I didn't get out until after 8pm. Decided to put on the headlamp and try a night trail run. One thing I noticed: it forced me to just put one foot in front of the other (with care) and not think/worry about the hills or whatever ahead. Fun!
