Family paddle, same route as yesterday. No cardio exertion at all but trying to keep the ball of muscle known as Sammy balanced on J's Finn was certainly a good core strength workout. Lost it too on a couple of the rapids, which was not unwelcome given the extreme heat. Good morning for all, spent the afternoon cooling off in Island pool.
