Training Log Archive: Zed

Bridgewater run. To Mylor via Heysen trail and back along bandicoot trail. I managed to trip over a small rock and hit the ground. This was on a smooth flat area, not the tricky eroded sections! Must've been a bit tired and I also was thinking about my course and coordination difficulties which is always a bit dangerous for me I've found.

Attended the resurrected Blackwood Christmas tree festival and a pleasant cousins do in the afternoon.
