Sprint series 4, Karinya. Mucked up 7, losing a minute here as I ran straight over the track ( didn't see it) I was supposed to turn left on. Took wide left loop to 9 possibly not good. (Didn't want to run past the kids and parents on the oval! ). Lots of fun though. A bit sad these are finished.

Semaphore park sprint o. I started a bit earlier so had others around which helped me run a bit harder. However I did run faster than I could read the map making 2 mistakes on my roundabout way to 9 costing a minute.

Last time I ran on this map, 2 years ago, it was really really hot and Lauren and I swam in the 'lake' afterwards.

From Blackwood to work and back. Coming back up I was rushing for a podiatry appointment - met a friend at the bottom of Shepherd hill road who greatly assisted me by intermittently pushing me! Fastest I'd gone up the hill in a long time.

Did a loop in Belair in the lovely damp grey morning while Leith had a school event but mostly walked as chatting on the phone. Ran the last bit. Legs a bit tired.

Belair run from Sheoak entrance up to lower waterfall and back via Echo tunnel ( Roos first visit.) Callum and Roo ran pretty well together . Callum seems to have sourced extra food ? Rotting plums as he is looking like a barrel at the moment .

Lochiel park sprint long course. Again a late starter after dropping Leith to soccer so no one else around. No major time losses - one dumb route choice and as always lost time to hesitations and deciding. A nice way to spend a Friday evening.

Snap sprint series number 1, Adelaide Uni. I was last official starter so most were already back when I left. Ok -ish some small mistakes and I mucked up the long leg to 18 - took too long deciding, choose the wrong route and then didn't execute it properly! I do like sprints here.
