Finally! A bike ride - rode from one workplace to another - Marion to Noarlunga Centre and return via the very up hill and down dale veloway. Not fast but satisfying.

Same course as night champs but with daylight. Still had to think! And a couple of times I reflected my bearings were actually better at night, when I was being really careful. Lovely in the forest.

MT Crawford, score event. This was fun. Re-visited some controls for the 3rd time! One I finally went to directly, third time lucky. Left out five in the end, after running out of time. Beautiful day.

Logging 20 minutes of the 60 minute lesson. Some time was spent re-awakening core muscles (they come in everywhere) and stretching, but thought I could log 20 minutes of the more strenuous stuff (transitions) as was definitely sweating.

SA night champs. This time looks like I have done a lot of exercise, and I am sure I went a lot further than necessary, but really reflects I spent a lot of time checking rocks and looking at the map. (Simon took 19 minutes for same course!)
