Ran to friends to pick up her dog who needed a run. Took both dogs for run. Dropped off billy and we ran home. Some walking in between running, and a coffee.

To/ from Marion. Rather too overloaded with files and change of clothes in very full backpack plus handbag flapping about on the side so not fast. (And minus one brake broken by J when borrowing bike). But great to not be idling at the traffic lights with all the cars, as I normally would be.

Got dropped in Coro Valley to run rest of way to Leith's soccer match at Aberfoyle Park ( they won 6 - 0 !! ). Meandering run along Chambers and Sturt Creeks then around windy roads. Sun was warm.

Control collection after Craigburn event. Got to see new part of Craigburn farm development . New subdivisions are always ugly, tried to focus on the nice paths along creek lines .

Kayaking around Garden and Torrens Island , mostly with Leith and friend in kayak with me for friend' s birthday. Out for 3 1/2 hours but mostly quite relaxed exploring wrecks and mangrove lined creek. Shoulders tired now. Unexpectedly lovely spot.

Pleasant Friday morning run from school around Pine Forest with Callum.

Logging most focussed part working on trot rhythm and both of our core stability (me plus Alfie). Felt like we were working more like a team, and kept giving Alfie things to do when his choice might've been to spook at cars and things on the ground. He chewed at end, a sign of thinking and relaxation in a horse. Very pleased with session (although should've been doing tidying/sorting/ paperwork at home!!)

Olave hill Rd then right at upper sturt rd past Blue cottage and Melville house, up and over to redwoods, back along creek. Run turned to walk when I met friends at adventure playground. Awesome morning great to be out. Later Callum and I walked home from blackwood, very pleasant.

Loop up to Nookoo Track with Callum. Ran in outdoor sandals as still don't trust sore toes in sneakers. A beautiful fresh morning. Legs ok, all week have just felt tired and/or sick (tummy bug). So was good to feel a bit better today.

Aus champs rogaine with Sus. A good event. Could've tweaked route a bit in hindsight, but really all went well. A solid consistent effort over the 24 hrs. Well pleased with 4th overall. (It goes without saying near flawless nav and focus by Sus for entire 24 hours helped quite a bit!!)

Following run , yoga and coffee, went for 30 min prerogaine massage. Divine!!! Should do more often! Great morning, day became harder after that.

Quick loop in park before work with Callum. Stuck to gentle slopes. Have been soothing sore feet with frozen water bottle rolling under feet when at desk at work.
