rogaine (Setting) 3:17:00 [2] 15.5 km (12:43 / km)

For some reason because I had no set time limits today this outing I had planned to do in the morning became afternoon, what with one domestic distraction after another eg pets, washing, teaching Leith to make French toast. This outing was to Check / tape control sites and mark way points mostly in Belair. Started by doing some slow running but did less and less as I went on until I decided officially this was now a walk. Inexplicably tired. It was pretty warm although gradually became overcast. Callum also was warm so also preferred a gentle pace.
Between E and myself we are gradually getting to all the proposed sites, some visited by both of us.

cycle (Commute) 1:30:00 [3] 21.0 km (4:17 / km)

To work and back. By the time I was riding home there were gusty south easterly winds which were hard work, especially going over the overpass. Includes waiting at lights. Very tired coming home.

Sunday Jan 24, 2016 #

run 1:29:00 [3] 14.0 km (6:21 / km)

Bridgewater run with a group of 4, including Callum. Route was Woorabinda via Aldgate railway station, then back via Heysen trail through Mt George. Cool overcast conditions, trees looked fresh after rain. Cruisy and pleasant going.

walk 1:40:00 [1] 9.0 km (11:07 / km)

Around the neighbourhood, checking and waypointing potential control sites. Superb evening.

cycle 1:30:00 [3] 19.0 km (4:44 / km)

Ride around Belair and around Upper Sturt checking control sites for Twilight event. Bush is looking glowing and fresh after the rain. Lovely afternoon .

walk 2:00:00 [3] 10.0 km (12:00 / km)

Walk with Tarn up Through Echo tunnel and up to Queens Jubilee drive, back via Ballast Pit track. Time a guess as there was much stopping to pick blackberries.

Friday Jan 22, 2016 #

run 25:00 [3]

Overslept so only a small window for a run. Very humid.

Wednesday Jan 20, 2016 #

run 1:00:00 [3] 10.0 km (6:00 / km)

Belair group run up to redwood and up and over down Melville gully track. Enjoyed some blackberry sampling.
