run 34:00 [3] 5.8 km (5:52 / km)

Short loop in western end of Belair. Very slushy. Still coughing a lot. Bit frustrating. Most of day spent cleaning up rain damage at Pole rd.

run 1:01:00 [3] 10.1 km (6:02 / km)

Run up valley to Crafers west and back on a beautiful warm day. The ground is so soft, my shoes are staying comfortable longer than they would otherwise. Still coughing a bit but feeling on the mend.

run (Slow plod) 46:00 [3] 6.5 km (7:05 / km)

Up boundary track back past Karka. Down valley a bit then up to railway near steps ( discovered a nifty new route) then along QJD and cross country down the steep hill to adventure playground to home. Not 100% well so decided to make it more interesting to make up for lack of speed.

run 30:00 [3] 5.06 km (5:56 / km)

Little run to see how I was feeling around western end of Belair. Coughed a lot. Lovely wildflowers.

walk 1:25:00 [2] 8.32 km (10:13 / km)

Met Tarn in Belair for a walk with the boys. We went up QJD and back along dam track and saddle hill rd. Lots of wild flowers, the good bush patches are so much better than the weedy patches. Tarn excited to see dam, she had forgotten that track.

walk 1:01:00 [1] 5.07 km (12:02 / km)

Went to work for 4 hours then came home. Walked with Leith and dogs up the valley. Very soggy.

Monday Sep 19, 2016 #

walk 1:40:00 [1] 9.0 km (11:07 / km)

Off work.
Did walk dogs with Tarn to get fresh air which I enjoyed. She was impressed by lower waterfall and the wild flowers I helpfully pointed out to her.

Woke up feeling worse. Cold, aches and coughing. Watched Leith's last soccer match in freezing wind at North Plymton and then spent the rest of the day in bed. Hate being sick. Started prednisolone.
