Run from North Sydney hotel to the opposite side of the Harbour Bridge and back. Includes some waiting at lights. I was so busy keeping up and then overtaking another runner I got a bit lost on the way back.

2 laps around the park across from our hotel in North Sydney ( staying here with a colleague for a course). All I had time for. Came back very sweaty as I'm not used to the humidity.

Thursday Dec 1, 2016 #

Loop in Belair before work. Then had a busy day running a group in the morning, driving to airport catching a plane to Sydney ( attending a course) then taking a circuitous route to North Sydney via train, ferry then walking from Kirribilli ferry stop.
Found a lovely Spanish cafe with live music as a dinner spot.

To work and back. Bike felt very heavy uphill. No bike fitness, not surprisingly.

Short loop in evening with both dogs. Pretty warm. Legs a bit tired from yesterday.

Heysen trail to Mylor conservation park, over Cox Creek under freeway to Hahndorf back up Silver road.
Very pleasant run although sun felt warm towards the end.
