Adelaide Uni sprint. Legs very tired before but I perked up a bit once going. Ok route choices. Messed up up number 9 by over simplifying and getting foggy, thinking its south of the lawn but I looked south of the wrong lawn. As usual quite fun. Leith did the short due to sore soccer legs. I was surprised how often we crossed paths.
Running to park, punching training and map memory training. Time a guess. Seem to be constantly tired with constant sore legs at the moment. Perhaps this is the norm for middle age!
Orienteering at Rocky paddock. Comprising 3 km or so loop course (33 minutes), mass start 2 km sprint style butterfly loops (19.48) and rest with JC taking turns to do map memory for legs.
