Short run up the valley with both dogs back via lack. Callum thought he was really keen but actually he decided he was a bit tired on a warm morning.

No o tonight so short loop with J and Des and Callum past lake along railway and back. Was tired before I started but felt better for running. Walked to and from golf course car park.

Flinders Uni sprint training. I am glad Jenny reminded me this was on, I really enjoyed this and also analysing optimal route choices afterwards. As I have before I found southern most section ( B final) hard and didn't pick good choices which was a bit disappointing as I felt I had been improving my route choices in general lately. On the other hand I think I will do better there next time and was reminded to spend a few seconds early to save the minutes.
Mostly happy with qualifying sprint only 1 wrong turn to a dead end.

Early morning spent trying to take a good local bush photo for Dad's memorial service so run was mid morning. Squirted the dogs down before we left.

Intervals on the golf course. 6 x 1 min, 2 x 2 mins with 1 minute recovery and warm up /cool down. The Roos didn't both to stop their evening grazing as I ran up and down passed them . Worked out why I don't use my arms enough while trying to go faster - they chaffe too much.
