Run up to the oval by the nursery, tied Callum to a tree in the shade then did 6 x 1 min and 2 x 2 minutes.
I felt slow, hot and tired today. Did a bit on the road too as the grass seemed to sap energy, while kind to the joints. Then ran home across playground.

Too late home from work to join o training sadly so took both dogs for a run in Belair doing Nopeet loop at a jog ( well didn't start at beginning- cut across golf course.) Lovely sunset.

A bit faster on way home today (52 mins). Ride in slow due to busy intersections.

Run with Callum up Saddle hill, back via QJD and firetracks. Nice and cool. I really need some new shoes my feet are getting sore. Local store has 20% off on weekends so plan to buy some then.

Tonight for the first time I found I could do the curl ups without lifting my feet - as they are supposed to be done so there must be some awakenings in my core muscles!

Main entrance / pines oval/ adventure playground loop in the gathering dusk while tea was cooking. Legs felt ok. After felt v sleepy.
