Saturday Aug 19 #

Note
(sick)

Bad night with asthma - maybe worse with cold conditions- woke feeling awful. Decided to go to GP. No secondary infection so seems to be a matter of riding it out and if ventolin doesn't relieve and I'm really gasping then go to hospital for a bigger ventolin hit.
Sadly skipping o tomorrow in interest of trying to get better to get back to work Monday.

Friday Aug 18 #

run 32:00 [3] 6.0 km (5:20 / km)
(sick)

Loop from home with Bryn, Leith, Callum and Bear up Moorowie track, along railway, back via Adventure playground and golf course. No deer today. I was possibly feeling worse and at the back today - probably cold weather worsened asthma. Over this cold!
However the park glistened in the light rain and sunshine, the wattle was beautiful and we had a rainbow arched above us.
Guessed time as I had my watched paused for part of the run.

yoga 40:00 [1]

With Tarn.

Thursday Aug 17 #

run 51:00 [3] 8.38 km (6:05 / km)

Late afternoon run up the valley up hill taking track down to Melville house track and back down with Callum. Very windy. Saw 3 young deer on the golf course. Breathing fine when running but coughed a lot on stopping.

stretching 15:00 [2]

Wednesday Aug 16 #

(sick)

Afternoon run with walking bits With Bryn up to old National Park station then up faint track to QJD to home.

Tuesday Aug 15 #

Note
(sick)

Asthma with a vengeance - spent most of the day in bed with frequent ventolin. Started a course of prednisolone. And paracetomol.

Monday Aug 14 #

run 43:44 [3] 7.25 km (6:02 / km)

Evening jog with Bryn and both dogs. Bear is hard work to run with - jumping around by my feet - I ran very carefully as a result. Not sure how to stop this habit . Apart from give him to Bryn ( did that) or leave him home.

Been feeling a bit of asthma today and a slight temp. Was fine running but became quite bad on return. Improved with ventolin. Been a year since last asthma - maybe associated with spring pollens as well as viruses.

Sunday Aug 13 #

run 30:00 [3]

Slow run up to volunteer Centre and back. Legs very sore from Rogaine!

Then went and watch Leith's soccer, feeling preemptively guilty in case he was in agony playing on Rogaine legs but he looked ( and later reported he was) just fine! He played well. He then had friends over to flip with on the trampoline.....ahh youth!
