Saturday Feb 3 #

orienteering (Training ) 2:26:00 [3] 10.3 km (14:10 / km)

Manu's Rock oyster training. X 2 trainings. Was hot and I walked most of the second ( and still made mistakes.)

Friday Feb 2 #

yoga 30:00 [3]

orienteering (Sprint Adelaide uni) 32:00 [3] 4.66 km (6:52 / km)

After feeling lethargic and a bit virusy running with a map in hand really perked me up! Pleased with most of this , lost time to the usual occasional hesitations.

Thursday Feb 1 #

run 30:50 [3] 5.29 km (5:50 / km)

Run up the valley with Jenny. Fairly cruisy as I had been feeling a bit unwell. Sampled blackberries as we went.

Wednesday Jan 31 #

run 44:41 [3] 8.0 km (5:35 / km)

Wednesday morning run with both dogs ( which coincidentally improved my uphill time) up valley east to Melville house track and back down valley. Callum really enjoyed looking at all the grazing galahs on the ovals.

Then went to work for a half day and felt achy and unwell so sadly, hopefully sensibly, missed O training at show grounds.

Tuesday Jan 30 #

run 14:55 [3] 2.66 km (5:36 / km)

Little run on the golf course before work.

swim 30:00 [3] 1.5 km (20:00 / km)

After work swim with my friend A. Not feeling 100% today.

Monday Jan 29 #

run 1:01:54 [3] 10.0 km (6:11 / km)

A mid morning run with Callum up Saddle hill road and back down QJD. Still fairly warm. I have been feeling very heat affected. Compared to just a few weeks ago I am feeling much slower and more tired. Finally the cool change really hit this afternoon. I was very glad to be off work and able to enjoy it. I had all doors and windows open and felt my energy returning as the wind blew and the ( not very heavy) rain fell.

Sunday Jan 28 #

run 47:00 [3] 6.7 km (7:01 / km)

Today's Bridgewater run group numbered just 4 and we had a pleasant gentle jog along Cox's creek through to the Mt Lofty golf course then back via golf links road.
Creek was a relatively cool choice on a warm morning- even going through Crafers on the way my car thermometer was 30 C.
