This has become one of my highlights of the week.

Monday Apr 23 #

orienteering (Training ) 1:10:00 [3] 5.45 km (12:51 / km)

Angus's Pewsey vale training course. This was interesting, practicing simplifying legs and keeping moving, thinking faster than I often do there. Went round as a group. Time includes some planning. Was hot and windy, making it more tough. Enjoyed the new experience today of pretty well always knowing where I was here.

orienteering (Training ) 29:00 [3] 2.5 km (11:36 / km)

2 relay legs through rather thick and rocky terrain. Tried to keep moving and not hesitate. I was confident where I was mostly. I hope I can maintain this next time I am at Pewsey Vale.
