From Blackwood to work and back. Coming back up I was rushing for a podiatry appointment - met a friend at the bottom of Shepherd hill road who greatly assisted me by intermittently pushing me! Fastest I'd gone up the hill in a long time.

Tanahmerah rd loop . Felt good today, calf all better. Callum was a bit stiff after.

Did a loop in Belair in the lovely damp grey morning while Leith had a school event but mostly walked as chatting on the phone. Ran the last bit. Legs a bit tired.

Belair run from Sheoak entrance up to lower waterfall and back via Echo tunnel ( Roos first visit.) Callum and Roo ran pretty well together . Callum seems to have sourced extra food ? Rotting plums as he is looking like a barrel at the moment .

orienteering 27:08 [3]

Lochiel park sprint long course. Again a late starter after dropping Leith to soccer so no one else around. No major time losses - one dumb route choice and as always lost time to hesitations and deciding. A nice way to spend a Friday evening.

Nice little loop with Roo and Callum, Roo now properly running. It was lovely to awake to rain this morning although very short lived.
