orienteering 25:16 [3]

Sprint series 4, Karinya. Mucked up 7, losing a minute here as I ran straight over the track ( didn't see it) I was supposed to turn left on. Took wide left loop to 9 possibly not good. (Didn't want to run past the kids and parents on the oval! ). Lots of fun though. A bit sad these are finished.

Pleasant jog with Jenny to Redwoods and back . My quads, hamstrings and intercostal muscles are really sore I assume from stretching at Pilates .
