Friday am run with Callum and Roo. Roo getting a bit steadier as a running dog but still pulling crazily down hills .

Map run in Belair with Jenny on Simon's 2013 NOL course in the fading light. It was very therapeutic to run in the bush.

Ironbank to Marion via Belair NP. Slow getting home as I expected.

The Paddocks Para Hills, course 1. Managed to make about a 5 minute mistake trying to go straight across the dried wetlands and getting very confused. My first thought to go along the track would've been far better. Apart from that it was fun.

Redwoods loop with Callum and Roo. I was a bit sore on the steep downhills.
