Course 3 SA night champs Wirra wirra - 3.8 km - so my distance (5.57) reflects my frequent taking of the track option. Lots of fun. Mucked up 9 as I had run so hard to 8 ( going around by the track) that my glasses were completely fogged up and I couldn't see the map!

Station road loop with Callum and Roo. Pace pretty cruisy - just so slow up hills and on rough surfaces eg running next to railway.

Jog with Callum up Pole road down the valley and up Kaloola track and back. Legs still tired from Tuesday night so very slow up the hills.

Stationroad loop with Callum and Roo. My legs were very tired from intervals and I walked a bit. Creeks are still flowing in Belair which is good for doggies’ drinks.

Before work run from Kylie’s at Aldinga eco v to beach and cliff top and back with Callum . Perfect morning with a calm blue sea and green fields, and a handsome kelpie, it was like running in a picture.
