Lunch time swim.

orienteering 25:48 [3] 4.9 km (5:16 / km)

Sprint series 3/4 West parklands, long course. Fun course with several L/ R options. Not as technical as last 2 weeks, and was good for practicing flow in an interesting area. Another grey day in Feb, - it is lovely weather. Came home to soft misty rain which was the backdrop for picking a few blackberries in the twilight!
