rogaine 3:59:33 [3] 30.67 km (7:49 / km)

Twilight Rogaine with Lauren and ?, a decade since the last one we did there. Lots of fun and I felt pretty good. 7th overall, afterwards ( of course) saw we could’ve been more efficient. I still need to check where the teams above us went. ( Instead of reading the news!)

Friday Mar 13, 2020 #

swim 16:00 [3] 0.8 km (20:00 / km)

Quick after work swim .

Thursday Mar 12, 2020 #

run 52:52 [3] 8.5 km (6:13 / km)

Redwoods run with Jenny and Fern. No dogs with me and it definitely was harder running up the valley!

Wednesday Mar 11, 2020 #

run 1:07:00 [3] 9.4 km (7:08 / km)

Run with both dogs up Pole road, down the valley , old National Park station, Ballast pit track QJD and Redwoods.

Pilates 55:00 [1]

SO happy to be doing Lynley's class again. Feeling more reconnected with my core.

cycle 1:30:00 [3]

Partial commute and riding to a meeting.

orienteering 15:00 [3] 2.1 km (7:09 / km)

MSW Race 6 Penola College.
3 errors - undershot 4, went a really silly long way to 9 thinking I couldn't get through a thin black line ( despite seeing Bridget and others run through this open gate in the knockout races) and getting on the wrong side of the fence on way to 17 and having to back track.

Did have moments of feeling fairly flowy as well. I enjoyed this weekend, it was fun.

orienteering 14:42 [3] 2.3 km (6:23 / km)

MSW race 5 Victoria University St Albans. No real mistakes just must've hesitated a bit more than those above me ( in about the middle, as usual) and /or run more slowly. Unusually for me I had fastest split to 1, that never usually happens to me!

orienteering 20:47 [3] 3.3 km (6:18 / km)

MSW race 4 La Trobe University, in the elite relay due to an excess of junior boys. In a team with Leith, Jack and Jenny.

With the significant exception of number 1 - which I took AGES to find on the map, standing still in total confusion in front of the crowd while the pack ran off, should've hidden behind something while I searched for 1 - I enjoyed this and was happy with my route choices esp to 5 and 6. I was not last this year, unlike 2 years ago, and we had a fun close race with another SA team, pipping them in the end.

orienteering 28:00 [3] 1.7 km (16:28 / km)

MSW Granite Hills Park, race 3

Oh dear. number 4, 8 minutes 14. Just a little drift at the end of my leg and I end up in the Bermuda triangle. Will I never learn??!
